InfraGard National and intouch|Live hosted the webinar “Fraud in the Age of AI: Threats, Trends & Tactics” on October 28 at 2PM ET. Moderated by Jason Meshekow and featuring insights from Erez Golomb, Dominik Cvitanovic, and Jamie Tolles the session explored how AI is transforming the fraud landscape, highlighting emerging scams and effective defense strategies. Attendees gained valuable insights into current challenges, future threats, and practical steps organizations can take to build resilience.
The “New Face of Cyber Fraud” segment examined evolving fraud tactics and the role of AI in accelerating these changes, with experts outlining major shifts in the threat landscape.
In “AI as a Double-Edged Sword,” speakers reviewed AI’s dual role in both attacks and defenses, including examples such as deepfakes and anomaly detection.
“Trends & Threats on the Horizon” focused on future risks, with experts highlighting key developments to watch, including AI scams, crypto fraud, regulatory shifts, insider risks, and dark web activity.
The webinar concluded with “Building Resilience,” offering a practical mini playbook of strategies to combat AI-driven fraud. A rapid-fire round of expert tips and predictions provided attendees with actionable insights they could implement immediately.
