Who we are
intouch Live, LLC ("intouch|Live," "we," "us") produces events, the intouch Speaker Series, and the intouch Insiders community. This policy explains what information we collect through intouchlive.net, our events, and our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
When you register for an event or meeting: your name, email, company, job title, phone number (optional), LinkedIn profile URL, and any dietary restrictions or allergies you choose to share.
When you buy a ticket or membership: your name, email, and billing address. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
When you subscribe or contact us: your email address and anything you include in your message.
At our events: we take photos and video, and some sessions are recorded for the intouch Speaker Series. You may appear in these.
Automatically: like most websites, we use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how people use our site, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from.
How we use it
- To run our events: registration, check-in, name badges, and ordering food that fits your dietary needs.
- To process payments and manage memberships.
- To send confirmations, reminders, and event updates.
- To send our newsletter and announcements if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To make introductions within intouch Insiders, which is part of what members join for.
- To promote our events using event photos and recordings.
- To improve our website and programs.
Who we share it with
Event sponsors. Our events are made possible by sponsors. After an event, we may share attendee names, companies, job titles, and email addresses with that event’s sponsors. If you do not want your details shared, email marketing@intouchlive.net with the subject "Do Not Share My Information" and we will leave you off.
Event hosts and caterers. We share what is needed for check-in and meals, including dietary restrictions. Dietary and allergy information is never shared with sponsors.
Service providers who help us run things, such as our website and CRM platform (Odoo), payments (PayPal), email, event registration, video meetings, and analytics (Google Analytics). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our attendees and our company.
We do not sell your information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to run our events and community, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Emails: unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom.
- Sponsor sharing: opt out anytime using the email above.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
- Photos: let our team know at an event, or email us, if you prefer not to be featured.
California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you, where it comes from, how we use it, and who we share it with.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including sharing with event sponsors.
- Be treated equally when you use any of these rights.
To make a request, email marketing@intouchlive.net with the subject "California Privacy Request." We will confirm your identity before acting on it and respond within 45 days. You can also have an authorized agent submit a request for you.
Children
Our website and events are for professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our programs change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
